REMEMBER, REMEMBER THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER

The publication date of my latest book, HIs Bitter Seed, is fast approaching and I have to admit it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster getting it all formatted and set up on the KDP platform on time for the publication date of 5th November. But it’s all done now and to celebrate I’m going to a ukulele festival on Saturday, and will no doubt have a couple of glasses of wine while I’m playing and singing. A big thank you to those of you who have pre-ordered the book and who took advantage of the free book offer for No Song in a Strange Land. I really hope you enjoy the books and will put a review on Amazon or Goodreads. Reviews are so important for writers as when people are looking for a book to buy on Amazon, seeing a high number of reviews gives them confidence that they are buying something worth reading. It’s good for me as well, as feedback lets me know if I’m writing what you want to read. It doesn’t need to be a 5* review, and it doesn’t need to be a long one, I’m happy with whatever you feel you want to give.
As it’s November it’s NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) so I thought I would give it a try to make a start on my third book in The Uist Girl Series. The goal is to write 50,000 words by the end of November. Wish me luck!
